This excursion departs from Capo d’Orlando Port and takes you to the islands of Salina, Lipari, and Vulcano aboard comfortable and safe vessels.

The first stop is Salina, known as the Green Island, famous for its capers and malvasia, a sweet and aromatic wine. Here, you can visit the picturesque villages of Malfa, Santa Marina, and Lingua, where you can savour local delicacies and admire the colourful houses and blooming gardens. You can also take a nature walk through vineyards, olive groves, and woods, reaching Monte Fossa delle Felci, the highest point in the Aeolian Islands, offering breathtaking views of the other islands and the sea. If you love the sea, you can swim in Pollara Bay, a stunning cove surrounded by high cliffs, made famous by the film “Il Postino.”

Next, you’ll head to Lipari, the White Island. During your visit to Lipari, you can explore the Aeolian Archaeological Museum, delve into ancient history, admire the Cathedral of San Bartolomeo, an architectural gem, and stroll along Corso Vittorio Emanuele, filled with shops and cafés.

Finally, you’ll reach Vulcano, the closest island to the Sicilian coast and renowned for its volcanic activity. Here, you can marvel at the Fossa del Vulcano, the smoking crater that dominates the island, and its fumaroles, which emit sulphurous vapours. You can also bathe in the thermal waters, which have beneficial properties for the skin and respiratory system, or relax on the Black Sands beach, known for its black volcanic sand. For the adventurous, you can climb Vulcanello, a small volcano formed from a series of eruptions, and visit the Valley of Monsters, where you can see bizarre rock formations sculpted by erosion.

The boat tour concludes with your return to Capo d’Orlando.
